Ok Mindframe Persuaders…

You are going to LOVE this one.

The other day, I got very excited about what I might teach the first day of a live Secrets Of MindFrame Persuasion Mastery Seminar.

I thought: let’s make Day 1 about the overall secrets of persuasion mastery.  The real, gold key. cornerstone, pervasive and all encompasing keys to the treasure house that unlock the power of all of the other tools.

So I made this little video to get you going.

Would you tell me what you think:

1. Of this concept that I discuss and its implications for your goals/areas where you want to persuade.

2. Of how exciting an entire first day of this stuff would be.

3. Anything else you think would be good for a first day.

Peace, piece, and comment away.

RJ

P.S.

It’s looking more and more like I will do this seminar the third week of June, in Los Angeles. So I suggest:

  1. Again, Ross brings more life-enhancing material for yourself, your business partnerships, your meetings with potential clients, you daily interactions with gorgeous, hot women, and even provides you with a sense of humor so you can go out there and have fun doing this stuff.

  2. Ross, I would pay to go to a live event if this was what you were teaching. All of the materials I’ve bought from you, the old Psychic Influence course, NYIG, and some SS materials have all made a profound difference in my life, and I can only imagine what sort of value you’ve got hidden away with this.

I feel an epiphany coming on when you discuss the frame of the interaction and building filters through which other people receive your communication. You managed to drop a very powerful sequence with opening with a child-like state of wonder and establishing and periodically reinforcing the value of the communication while delivering the actual sales message… it’s incredible because it seems like all the principles I’ve learned from you are universal throughout your teaching… meaning you seem to operate from a very solid fundamental understanding of human behavior and interaction that doesn’t really change between the different subjects you teach… but your insight on how to apply these principles to different areas of life continues to impress me and open my eyes to new possibilities.

    Bravo Ross.

  3. Hi Ross,

I have been waiting for this program since the 3.0 course came out , i am really exited about seeing more of this, and i believe that we will all benefit from it, especially at this time, with this economy… :os it is becoming harder and harder to find your place in a market full of competition and distrust, and i am talking about all areas of business combined.

Will you be making a program just dedicated to Sales, Marketings and persuation?

Keep up the great work, we all enjoy it!!!

    Your Student, and Fan.
    RED.

  4. If you don’t come up to the east for a weekend then you better record your seminars on this in the west! I like to learn things in a more inductive manner: e.g. starting with speed seduction (specific) then going to more general (hypnosis, persuasion, etc..)

It is a terrific experience being able to look back on the original endeavor realizing how much more one has expanded their learnings and practical successes by going further in the hierarchy of knowledge and concepts.

I urge you to explore this more general area!

Btw, “recursion” means.. say you looked up the word in a dictionary like this:

    recursion:
    see recursion

  5. Yes, I would be interested in attending a live event on this topic. Over the past few weeks of reading your blog, I have noticed imbedded messages in marketing material that is probably not accidental. Sure would be nice to have this knowledge and use it myself!

  6. great. it would be great if u add something about use energy to change others thinking

  7. Hi Ross,

Yes your commands have taken root deep in my subconscious mind joining heaven and earth in my excitement for this new material that you are delivering :)

Seriously though, this is just what the doctor ordered and whilst these ideas are zipping around in my head, I’ll go as far as saying, that if you were to allow the docking of SS and Mindframe Persuasion and allow me to get your coaching program so that I could get personally coached by you on either subject, I would definitely have found my own reasons to convince myself that that was a great idea

I can definitely see this idea coming in to land in your subconscious mind, do you know what I mean? What are your thoughts?

  8. No Ross, just the stuff Riker’s notorious for doing with the stuff you taught him like using persuasion for sales, convincing people how to mete out bonuses, and to get promotions.

  9. Mighty Ross!
Yes, the video shows great promise. gotta say, though, you look like we should jam sometime, you oughta be playing congas. Because I know of your work, I trust you to have the trail blazed further. It’s a natuaral progression, and I judge that had I worked as intelligently and energetically on my own projects as you have on yours…that I’d have been more effective. I’m not sure there’s anything more complimentary I could say.

What a slambam headcram getting the keys to your sillful means in three days will be, a rockribbed intellectual backboning.

You’ll probably tour this gig on the big circuit
a year, but why don’t you make available the same material to artists? train some understudies to minfuck some good sense behavior into young film makers, etc. I’m seeing that writers could profit from this, as well as any symbol manipulator on earth..including me, oh Prince of the Study of Original Resource…

So I’m following this stuff, yes I am.
    Leslie

  10. You’ve shared an excellent frame to hold in mind when marketing, and revealed a few things to me that I’ve ignored or overlook thus far.

So far, I’ve been very blunt with the information I like sharing, it’s truth, but I never really realized the state that readers were in until now. You’ve helped me to put myself in their shoes more accurately.

    Thank you Ross!

  11. What an inspiring mommnet!

  12. Ross
Sounds wonderful, sounds like your tieing it all together. I would definately go for a class like that. Would prefur it be on DVD though. This is one that I might consider going to in person.
    Thanks Ross

  13. Thankyou for the material. The leaning on the hypnotic stuff was causing some resistence on some of the learning. I can see now that fractionation allows you to be obvious as long as your are fractionating us between different states. The genuine teacher part at the end erased alot of the objection in my resistence.

  14. By all means a great journey full of amazing things we can share and learn both you and ourselves… more of this is very much welcomed here in Texas.

    SARGE ON!!!

  15. I think this is great information, and everyone here loves you to pieces. You’ve given life to a lot of folks and it’s more appreciated than you’ll ever know or comprehend. BUT… (you knew that was coming, right?)… As great as this information is, you’re preaching to the choir, here. The majority of people watching this video are aware of your jargon and your techniques. However, having just come onboard, recently, I have to tell you that it takes a little while to get acclimated to it. You speed through the information, often using the phrase, “It’s what I call…” You also use a great deal of NLP jargon, and not everyone in the business world is familiar with NLP. As you said in the video, “Know your audience.” My opinion: you’ll be talking over a lot of heads, so maybe you should slow it down a little, and present it at a more basic level.

  16. Enough teasing- I am ready for the event.

  17. Thank you Ross, while this clip is based on the previous mp3 and word doc you posted, it is much tighter. I look forward to reading and seeing more of this stuff.

  18. Ross you are asking whether we would like to attend a live event to learn this I think this would be an excellent set of tools to learn. However may I suggest an event that is both live and with live cam streaming with phone in . That you would still charge for access to but at a lesser price for those of us who can not attend in person .

  19. man, that intro pattern felt a little creepy to me. I felt like I was being sarged.

  20. I can hear and feel how genuine you feel in this video. The vibe is definitely uplifting and comes from within.

Life is after all a series of sales may they be ideas, products, or opportunities.

Count me in for a vote to hear this material in a live seminar Ross.

    Greeting from Vancouver, B.C.

  21. It’s th generalization of SS! YOu are usinge SS with another context!

  22. With the right teachers (Ross) a live event is the only way to go and so, yes of course I would be open to the idea of learning (and then implementing) what I could take with me from a live event on persuasion.

However, what if its not possible to make the live event - another wonderful alternative is to have the information on DVD/audio - would they be made available?

    All the best,

    Rob.

  23. I enjoyed your introduction. You have done a great job of incorporating multiple overlaying NLP. And yes I’m very interested in hearing/reading more about this form of persuasion, especially related to sales. Times a tough, and could use some help. Please send more information asap.

    Thanks

    Mike M

  24. Ross, talk more about motivational strategy, I need that.

  25. “I love teaching, more than anything I can do with my clothes on” thats effing hilarious

  26. Just wanted to say that I like your stuff and would like to buy your stuff. It just seems to expensive. I have been told you are always dogging DD, but also that your stuff is way better. The only problem is that I feel that your stuff is to expensive. Is there anything that you can give me as a persuasion to get it???

  27. Ross. This is so true. I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently - in context of search engine campaigns and constructing landing pages.

This single understanding has profound implications on how to structure your persuasion architectures.

I’d like to add one learning of mine: [especially on the internet] people are not methodical at all and they behave on impulse. They don’t even have a clear intent most of the time. They do not know what they are looking for and don’t know what they will do about it - if they find it and trust it.

When constructing a marketing campaign (or any persuasion scenario) your first task is to capture their attention { = strongly interrupt them = put the chaos in their mind on hold for a while = get them out of the clicking frenzy}.

anti-ADD: In the first chunk of communication you show the value first (the first words: This is the benefit you’re gonna get out of this, this is a proof that it can be done, now listen to what I have to say because you’ll learn how..) . Then establish authority. Credibility factors matter in the later phases - IMHO.
    —–

This is just a model I came to… I hope you guys find this useful and will think about the “where the persuaded person is in her mind at the point I’d like to start my persuasion” problem ™..

I encourage everyone here to think about the problem that Ross has just defined.

    This is worth gold.

    M. :-)

  28. Hi Martin,

My point is a bit more subtle; that you must establish that the act of reading your message is, in and of itself, of value, regardless of the pitch you are making.

  29. Too expensive compared to what? Compared to the solutions it offers, it’s dirt-cheap.

What you are really saying is you put little value on your success and satisfaction with women, or that you want something very valuable for relatively nothing
    in exchange.

That’s a loser’s philosophy, any way you slice it.

  30. Yes Ferd, but it’s true. I really feel that.

    RJ

  31. Will do, Tase.

This is something I first thought of during my 2005 Speed Life seminar.

A huge skill in life is to develop a motivation/vision that is not dependent on the events of the day or your feelings of the moment, that does not require
external validation or support, yet at the same time, stays open to learning and feedback from the environment around you.

Rob, I’m thinking of offering the raw, unedited DVD/CD footage of the event to people who are willing to pay a certain level of entry fee to the event.

If I do sell the raw footage to those who don’t attend, we might add on some other features.

I’m still thinking the offer through…

Well, that presents tech problems. And a distraction to my focus.

But what would you pay for the event if you watched it on live cam?

    Approve

  34. Marty,

Good feedback. Remember this is a “teaser” so it runs quickly. I would certainly unpack the ideas more slowly and thoroughly in any kind of paid event, program or course.

    Great feedback!

  35. Nick,

Thanks for the compliments. Yes, resistance is erased in the presence of sincerity, which, again, is a matter of vibe.

    RJ

  36. Yes I always Ross this is great stuff. This is something that defintely I would like to explore either at a paid event or through dvds like your other products. I see how this can be used in my specific job as a personal trainer chef or anything for that matter. These skills could be used for anything. I hope to learn more as I listen to more and more apply the skills that Im already learning each and every day. just from the video alone I can see how how my interactions with people will change. Thanx as always looking to learn some more.

  37. This is brillant Paul!

Building the child in someone, then building the faith in that child to sprout it’s wings takes patience.

The uncertainty of not knowing whether the flower will bloom or not drives me mad.

It must be frustrating as a teacher to watch your students fail. Especially if they fail over and over again. It must be hard to be a parent and want to guide your child, when all the while he is watching his Father’s mistakes.

    This deeply saddens me.

I want to learn more about recursion. Recursion together with presuppositional languaging works budding magick, devestational mischief or maybe something else that hasn’t yet been found.

I whole heartedly agree and have live the life of searching and yearning for truths and finding that place in my life-mind that satisfies and quenches my search for answers.

It seems as though each new learning I take on, I am only more frustrated, and discouraged, though I know a learning curve looks highest at the bottom and feels the worse right before the top.

Enduring pain is no easy feat, and bearing one’s truths is no easier.

You are a legend before you can become a legend paul, and that is the mark of a great man. Teach that skill.

I will come if you build it.

  38. BTW Ross, I hope you read this on time. On “TheDoctorsTV” show tomorrow (14th April) it will be about:

    “Battle of the Sexes”:

“How well do you know the opposite sex? Test your knowledge in the ultimate battle of male vs. female, where no topic is out of bounds.”

The preview shown real brains, their weigth difference on a balance, etc. It might be interesting for you. Also it includes the segment:

“And, see the latest no-needle vasectomies.”

    Local Listings: http://thedoctorstv.com/main/local_listings

I’m very grateful to you for the Launch of Mindframe Persuasion. It will be a HUGE success.

  39. I’d pay for the footage. The seminars are a bit pricey for me at this point.

  40. Now that I am concious of that, the power of sincerity is every where constantly in internactions. its like a fundamental

  41. Hey, Ross, I see you, like a very young man. What you deliver is very amazing. I know that nobody else of the so called “Pick up artists” do have of what you can do. I am saving my money and soon I will attend one of your seminars.

You are dynamite or maybe E= MC^2

Thank you for yur teaching, it takes us to the next level.

    Gracias

    Albert

  42. I would love the study materials, but I would not attend a seminar.

  43. Ross

I live in New Zealand so a live event will be tough for me to get to.

However I could not be more interested in learning this material as I deal with motivation and persuasion as my stock in trade (I run a martial arts school).

Please find some way to make this material more openly available - maybe a study course / mentoring program much like you have with SS.

    Thanks

    S

  44. hi Ross. NLP and HYPNOTIC copywriting is what i need to master. please keep me informed on your nlp copywriting courses.

    thanks,

    Nathaniel Wilson

  45. This concept of filters and overcoming them is very powerfull. It explains why in many situations there is partial success. ADD, MMO is very common and it has been my inabity to recognise , determine and act with the knowledge of this filtering , distractions of others who we market to has caused my poor performance, which others have advised me to be very good.
Looking forward to the next part on how to actually depotentiate the others mind and resistance.
Others talk of similar things but can’t distill the bullshit off the top or alternatively when they do bullshit then give the bullshit enough guts behind it (repetition seems to be the key here, aka basically sarging us here,) to make the shit float visibly and for it to seem credible.
This is so good I am rewritting a huge doco now, just on this much , looking forward to how to actually progress to the next step and ramming the message home.

    .

  46. Ross, you must release this on DVD.

I want to learn what you’ve got on this topic. I won’t fly to the US for a seminar though I know that your stuff is excellent well thought out and simply applicable.

When designing this course what kind of persuasion situations did you focus on. Will you get out of the personal persuasion, sales letter, info product area?

I mean.. I’d like to see stuff applicable to lead gen (enterprise clientele) and e-commerce.

I know you don’t do e-commerce. The thing about e-commerce is that there are so many marketing messages to be developed that it is almost humanly impossible to do. However there are a few cross-cutting messages you’d like to share with your customers. These are in the theme of positioning and branding: “welcome, you are in a good company.. who we are.. why you should pick us and not the other guys - no matter what kind of product you will end up buying” .. This is what I’m interested in..

The thing is that I identified “the problem” you are talking about here on my e-commerce sites mainly. I see the behavior every day. (web analytics, behaviour recordings, phone questions…)

The point about “making the letter of value itself” is what I though of in terms of “proving expertise and building authority with useful content” and I believe this model is very true. When the customer is picking from whom to buy (especially when the product is more of a commodity) he’s more likely to buy from the person (company) he perceives to be an expert in the field (and here I am NOT talking about positioning or branding - this is expertise related to the particular product category)…

One thing I came over is.. They don’t know what they want and what their criteria are.. especially when you present the criteria in a parametric way (I want an All Inclusive vacation package)… they have a picture in their mind that is the reason why they would want to buy an All Inclusive package (they’ve got kids they don’t wanna feed on vacation, they wanna lie by the pool all day long and are scared to death of getting out of the resort because they are xenophobic or whatever)… This is what I call “meta-criterium” and it’s basically a reason why you’d pick a certain criterium… The meta-criterium is basically a mental movie - a story they construct in their mind - and that is exactly what you spoke about in this video. Such as: “When I see these cool glossy designer shoes and I imagine myself wearing them with the sexy dress I bought last week .. I will be so hot, will look taller and my self -esteem will go through the roof so I will be finally noticed by that amazing guy I meet every day in the coffee shop = ME;)”

I had a discussion about this model with quite a few girls and that is exactly the kind of mental movies they run in their heads when going out shopping for clothes.. and everything else ;) And that applies not only to women or men, to other genders too…:) I remember Eben thought about that as “translation” in his “voodoo report” during the guru mastermind launch - though he was imho too much focused on translating to “cash as a currency”.

This is an area worth exploring more..

I’m very interested in anything you’ve got on these topics.

Sorry if going too much off-topic as I have no idea what it is that you are thinking about and are going to teach.

Can you share the specific topics of what you’re about to teach here.

Have a great day - anything you’d be willing to share now is welcome.

    M.

  47. Thanks Ross. Again very illuminating material regarding core fundamental aspects of human nature. I continue to find your teaching very valuable across many different areas of my life.

  48. Really good. You’re teaching how to teach, in fact.

  49. Is there any way to get a PDF version of this for me to read???

  50. Ross,
The concept you are presenting is a solid one and if you could come up with a full day on the “solutions” to overcoming these issues and reaching our audience I think it would be beneficial.

It really seems to me that you are undergoing some sort of very healthy metamorphosis with this whole Mindframe Persuasion brand you are developing. It’s fun to watch.

    Eric

  51. Ross,

We are so fortunate that at exactly this moment you are developing a course that helps generate additional income for all your students. I applaud your brilliance! I can’t help but realize that you really understand and deeply care for your community.

I, for one would love to attend a seminar centered around this concept. As I am of the younger generation, my eyes are hungrier than my pockets. I wish to invest in all your tools and now you provide the means to realize that goal.

    Thank you,
    Decessus

  52. Sounds like a powerful material. I think less jargon makes it far easier to understand and relate to. I felt difficulty in following you.

  53. hey ross

i wanna ask if u can persuade yourself to be more motivated.

in the past three years all i did was collecting self-improving stuff and for some reason… i just can’t seem to find myself motivated to do the drills constantly….
on a conscious level i want to do them but somehow i feel unmotivated…

i will be looking forward for your reply

    troy

  54. Wow, Ross, that was spoken so totally, from the heart. I am touched, and delighted.

  55. @troy:

Chances are you are not feeling motivated right now because you are simply BORED with your everyday life… and right now you JUST DON’T SEE what it is that your HEART CRAVES for… because you are voluntarily ignoring it (or worse.. negating it)

  56. hey Ross, thx for all your hard work, im learning new stuff evertime, an yes you should continue with this topic.i know if i were you, i’d just Go for it :D.

  57. Hey Ross,
As usual it looks and sounds like you’re building some great material. One of the things I’ve found that all the persuasion gurus (and most of the NLP community gurus of any type) have missed is making the interactions fun.
I’ve found that’s one of your strong points Ross and easily puts you ahead of the rest in my book. If you could include how making the persuasion fun/exciting/enjoyable for everyone involved that would be super!
I think persuasion is like seduction, you can always twist someone’s arm or put a gun to their head to make them do something, but you don’t have to. It doen’t have to be a struggle or hassle for anyone. It can be fun and exciting!
